Keeping MOT Dates correct on customer systems is important. Navigator can do this for you, either as a one-off cleanse or on an ongoing basis. To view more details on the service click here

The pricing for a Navigator user for this service as as follows :-

For one off Cleanse

The full database is submitted for cleansing.   An audit is carried out to gain an estimate of the cost of the cleanse.     When cleansing, all records on the database which have incorrect dates will be have the correct MOT Expiry date added and a charge will be made as follows:-

 

              Processing Fee                               £99

              Cost per cleansed record             10p

 

Eg if the database has 10,000 records, and 2,000 have incorrect MOT dates, then this will cost £99 + 2000 x 10p = £299.

 

For ongoing Subscription

Where dealers want to have an ongoing cleansing process, the following :-

The full database is submitted for cleansing.   An audit is carried out to gain an estimate of the cost of the cleanse.     When cleansing, all records on the database which have incorrect dates will be have the correct MOT Expiry date added and a charge will be made as follows:-

 

              Processing Fee                               £49

              Cost per cleansed record             8p

 

Eg if the database has 10,000 records, and 2,000 have incorrect MOT dates, then this will cost £49 + 2000 x 8p = £209.

Then, each month a further cleanse is done – on this monthly file, the following records are checked and MOT dates ensured correct :-

·       Any new vehicles entered on the system

·       Any vehicles with lapsed MOT dates

·       Any vehicles due for MOT in the next 60 days – that haven’t been checked in the previous month.

This will ensure that all records are always up to date with MOT expiry dates, no missed opportunities are lost.  

The cost of the monthly subscription is £25 which includes up to 350 corrections per month.  The £25 includes the processing fee.
