There has been an improvement in the way Marketing Emails are formatted on different email viewers.
It is now possible to reserve a vehicle for a customer from within a Sales 360 Enquiry. On the Vehicle tab is a "Reserve" button which will reserve the vehicle for the customer. Once reserved, the vehicle can have receipts posted to it eg a reservation fee.
The vehicle status is updated to "Reserved" and shows on the Order book reports as a Reserved Sale.
the reservation can be release either by :-
Reserved vehicles are automatically removed from the web site and from Autotrader.
Navigator Document archive and post has now been significantly updated with an improved AI engine to read purchase invoices and autofill when posting. Unlike the previous system, this is billed on a per-document basis so is easy to try and see the value. When you run for the first time, the system is setup up automatically. Give it a go!
For Navigator users who use Auto On Show turntables, or app to take vehicle photographs. Navigator can now automatically download all images to the stock record. Please speak to your customer success manager for more information.
Purchase Ledger accoutns can now be "retired" - which presents any department except from the Accounts team from accessing a supplier. In addition, Purchase ledger accounts can be marked as Parts Only.

The Navigator Autotrader Connect interface has been massively improved and now includes full 2 way integration with Autotrader - including downloading Autotrader leads into Sales 360. The two way interface will need configuring - please contact your Customer Success Manager
