Ability to restrict the number of MOTs per day

It is now possible to set a maximum no of MOTs that can be booked into the diary in any single day. To set this, go to Workshop > Service Parameters and choose the icon for "Opening Times". Next to the times there is a tick box to "Limit Number of MOTs". Tick this and a box will open where you can enter the maximum no of MOTs for a day.

Sales 360 - Ability to Reserve a Vehicle

It is now possible to reserve a vehicle for a customer from within a Sales 360 Enquiry.  On the Vehicle tab is a "Reserve" button which will reserve the vehicle for the customer. Once reserved, the vehicle can have receipts posted to it eg a reservation fee.

The vehicle status is updated to "Reserved" and shows on the Order book reports as a Reserved Sale.

the reservation can be release either by :-

  1. Raising a Sales Order on the vehicle
  2. Clicking "Release" on the Sales Enquiry to release the vehicle
  3. In Vehicle Administration, clicking on the "Reserve" tab and then clicking the Release button.

Reserved vehicles are automatically removed from the web site and from Autotrader.
