Optional for general Navigator use, but required for functions that produce or work with Microsoft Word documents and certain management accounting outputs.
Important
Allow capacity for everything else running on the PC
Email, spreadsheets, browser-based systems, franchise interfaces and other applications can consume significant resources. A PC that only just meets the Navigator requirement may still perform poorly when heavily loaded.
