Navigator now has an add-on which allows purchase invoices to be processed with hardly any data entry.
Invoices can be scanned, drag/dropped or picked up automatically from email. The documents are then automatically scanned and the details lifted automatically from it - such as the supplier details, invoice no, date and amounts. These can then be processed in a couple of clicks to post each invoice - either directly to an expense code, against the GANI or to a vehicle as a cost.
