Navigator has the ability to supply Digital Signature in various areas of the system. This includes digital signature for gaining signed sales orders and also for pre-authorisation of workshop work.
This reduces the need for the Customer to come to the dealership and speeds up items such as Service Collection, or handover at the dealership.
The cost of using Digital Signature varies on volume, but can be as low as 25p per document see below
