Navigator now supports integration with Reputation CRM for reputation CSI scoring on the dealer web site. This joins the existing integration with Trust Pilot and Judge Service.
The Second Hand Motor Vehicle Payment Scheme for Northern Ireland has been implemented in Navigator ready for 1st May 2023 when the scheme comes into use.
Users of CAP HPI for Vehicle Provenance can now have this integrated into the Sales 360 for automation as part of a Part Exchange Appraisal. The check is saved against the stock record and Sales Enquiry for review afterwards,
The Workshop now has a full two-way communications system for both emails and sms (providing that a 2 way sms number is used by the dealer). This encompasses a "Comms" tab on the Workshop Reception Screen which highlights any incoming communications activity (eg email/sms replies) and a Communications Tab on the Workshop job which shows the communications history as well as options for sending an email or sms.
Viewing an incoming email or sms will give the option to reply.
Email templates are available and can be set up in the Workshop Parameters.
Parts Goods Ins can now be Direct Posted to the Purchase ledger by members of staff which have access to Direct Posting on their Staff Record. This is only offered on a Parts Goods In where an Invoice Number has been entered and the Goods and Vat entered match the total value of Parts goods'd in.
Sales 360 Emails can now have a standard template with standard signature and corporate branding. This is setup in the Sales Managers Toolkit using a template called SALES.DEFAULT.[branch no]
Navigator supports an interface with Book-A-Movement to allow vehicle deliveries and collections to be arranged easily from within Navigator
Navigator can now feed customer and vehicle information to Marketing Delivery to power their marketing system
The Vehicle Monitoring Solution watches all vehicle records in the database, and updates regularly MOT expiry dates, Scrapped vehicle status and records a Keeper Change when these events occur.
It is now possible to integrate the CAP ID for a vehicle on to a stock record - this is useful for finance quotations or for export to third parties who use the CAP Id to identify the vehicle
