You can now include archived customers when creating marketing campaigns.

To do this:

1. Create your marketing campaign. If you need guidance, refer to the Marketing Module – Knowledge Hub.
2. When selecting the campaign data, you will see an option to include archived customers. Tick this box to include them.

A change has been made to remove the Fit Number Plates request line when creating jobs for stock records of type Caravan or Tourer.

These vehicles do not have number plates, so removing the option simplifies and speeds up the job creation process for these vehicle types.

A new option has been added to remove records that share the same email address. This helps prevent duplication where a single email is used for multiple entries.

Typical examples include:

• Business email addresses shared by several customers
• Family members using one shared email account
• Duplicate customer records created with the same email address

Boodil Open Banking Interface now available

It is now possible to amend the vehicle description on used vehicles, as long as the purchase hasn't been posted

It is now possible to invoice to multiple other accounts, before you could only invoice to one other account.

It is now possible to add notes via the technicians app against the job request line
