As part of the project planning process, your Navigator system will be built and configured in our datacentre (or on a customer's on-site system for on-site solutions).   This normally is built 6 weeks prior to the customer's live-date.

Following the initial project planning, there are often a number of actions created for the customer to supply information and data in order to be able to be setup.   It is essential that all of this information is supplied at least 7 days before the system is setup to prevent delays. 

A vital part of the system setup is to install Navigator on all PCs that will be used in the dealership. To do this, follow the instructions at http://install.dmservices.co.uk

Please also ensure that all PCs and hardware meet the Navigator specification in the Hardware & Software Requirements
