Versions of Navigator from version 22.x.x above will only install and run on Windows 64 bit edition.
All PCs supported by Navigator have for several years needed to be 64 bit, and they should have been installed/updated with 64 bit editions of Windows.
32 bit versions of Windows will run on a 64 bit processor, but will run slower and are restricted to using only 4gb of memory maximum in any case.
It is essential that you check that your PC is running a 64 bit versions of Windows and ensure it is upgraded as soon as possible if it isn't. The upgrade is free of charge (you are automatically licenced for the 64 bit version of Windows if you are running the 32 bit.)
To find out which version of Windows you are running, click the "Start" button then click the "cog" icon to display system settings

then click on "System"

Scroll down the menu on the left and click on "About"

The version of Windows against "System Type" should show "64-bit operating system" as should above.
